Why is my Brivis evaporative cooler not filling with water?
Check that the water supply tap is on and the inlet isn’t blocked, then check the solenoid valve and float valve. A drain valve stuck open can also stop the tank filling. The float valve and solenoid guide covers the checks.

How do I find my evaporative cooler model number?
The model number is on the data plate on the cooler cabinet. If it has faded or you can’t reach it safely, contact HotnCool with photos of the cooler and the old part and we’ll help identify it. Roof work should be done by a qualified technician.
