Genuine Bonaire solenoid valves for Bonaire and Celair evaporative coolers. The 24V solenoid valve is the electrically operated tap that lets mains water into the cooler when the controller calls for it. If it fails, the tank won’t fill and the pads dry out; if it sticks open, the cooler can overflow and waste water.

About Bonaire & Celair evaporative cooler solenoid valves

Choose the version that matches your cooler: the 24V 15mm solenoid with dump/bleed fitting (6051636SP), which has a small bleed-off outlet, or the 24V 15mm solenoid without dump/bleed (0080591SP). The easiest check is your old valve: if it has the small bleed spigot, choose the bleed version.

A solenoid that clicks but doesn't pass water may be blocked by debris or scale. If the tank fills but won't stop, check the Bonaire float valve. For drain problems see Bonaire dump valves, including the dump valve and solenoid kit. Contact us with your model number if you need help.
